Do we need a reservation?

Yes! So we can preserve our tranquil and relaxed setting, we do limit the number of guests per day. For scheduling purposes, we need to know which spa service you plan on enjoying while here. Please email or call to check on availability. If you just show up at the spa/retreat, we may not have space for you.

Do you arrange for our transportation to and from the spa?

Yes! All that is taken care of once your reservation is confirmed. Detailed instructions will be emailed to you once you are on our schedule. Please make sure we have your email address on file.

Currently, taxi fares are: 4 persons per taxi at $15 per person round trip. 3 or less is $20 per person round trip. Fares include tax. Fares can be negotiated also.

How does it all work? (A la carte vs day use)

If you schedule a spa service, then optional lunch/breakfast and snorkeling are priced separately. If you come for the day use, then lunch/breakfast, kayaking, snorkeling is included (see website for details).

What if the ship arrives at a different time or day than scheduled?

Please notify us as soon as possible if your ship changes the day/time it will arrive. You can either email us or call from the ship. See our contact information below. We will do our best to honor your reservation and fully accommodate you.

Understand that spa services require sufficient time to render them, and are scheduled according to how much time you have onshore. We will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy your time here at the spa/retreat.

If your ship arrives at an earlier time than scheduled, please feel free to come immediately to the spa/retreat. We will attend to your spa services in the timeliest manner we can. If you have time available, you are welcome to enjoy the beachfront, plunge pool, lagoon, and other amenities while waiting for your scheduled spa service.

If your ship arrives later than planned, don't panic. We will do our best to reschedule your activities so that you can still enjoy as much of your spa day as time allows.

What if I don't want a spa treatment but I just want to come sit on the beach while my friend/significant other is pampered?

Not a problem! We have a day use fee to accommodate your preference.

Included: use of the spa facility, private beach, plunge pool, swimming lagoon, kayaking, snorkeling, and lunch/or breakfast. You are welcome to explore the cay, relax in a hammock, and enjoy our peaceful surroundings!

What is the cost for children?

Children 5 and under are $10/each plus the cost of any meals & drinks consumed. The number of children might be limited to ensure our setting is serene and peaceful for other guests visiting that day. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children & must provide supervision at all times. As the spa/retreat is on a cay, and surrounded by water, the parents/adults with children must take appropriate precautions. As the spa staff are attending to all guests, we are not able ourselves to supervise children nor provide child care. Also, although we welcome all guests, please understand this is a spa/retreat, so may not be suitable for small children.

What activities do you offer?

We have an array of professional spa services done by professionally trained and experienced therapists. See our services page for spa selection and prices. In addition you can enjoy: sunbathing on our private beach, cooling off in the plunge pool, kayaking in the bay, swimming in the lagoon, lounging in hammocks, hiking on our trails, and even lunch or breakfast.

Is snorkeling available?

Yes! You have two options. The first is a boat snorkel. Cost with gear is $15 per person. If you come for the day use however, then the boat snorkel is included. Group size is limited for safety reasons. Second option is to snorkel from shore at no charge. Rental of gear is priced at $5 per person. Bring a towel please. See disclaimer on website. We offer an array of professional spa services, all delivered by trained therapists, and customized to your particular needs and preferences. In addition we have for your enjoyment; boat snorkeling, kayaking, plunge pool, large swimming lagoon, private beach, and of course shaded areas with the requisite hammocks!! How do I make a deposit?

A deposit of 25 percent for your group and spa preference is required to make a reservation. Once you have contacted the spa regarding your reservation and spa selection we will send you details for convenient online payment for your deposit. Your deposit is credited to your total due once services are rendered. For your deposit we accept all major credit cards. You are welcome to change your spa selection and plans for your visit at any time, just let us know in advance please to we can fully accommodate you. Payment method once you are here: traveler’s checks, USD, Lempiras. See cancellation policy below!

How do I pay the remaining balance?

At the spa, you may pay your balance by traveler's check, US dollars or Lempiras. All prices posted on or website are current. Prices do not include Honduran Sales Tax nor gratuity. Please review website before your arrival for any changes.

Can I pay my balance with a Credit Card?

Yes you may. However we will have to obtain authorization from our bank here in Honduras before services are rendered. Therefore if you plan on using your credit card you must provide, before you arrive: name on card, card type, card number, exp. date. We will obtain the authorization before you arrive. Bring also a photo ID.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of your reservation are entitled to a full refund of your deposit, less a service fee of $50.00 USD per person.
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund, minus a service fee of $50.00 USD per person.
  • Cancellations made 0-14 days prior to arrival are 100% non-refundable.
  • No-shows forfeit 100% deposit.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
