What if I don't want a spa treatment but I just want to come sit on
the beach while my friend/significant other is pampered?
Not a problem! We have a day use fee ($45 per person, plus tax)
to accommodate your preference.
Included: use of the spa facility, private beach, plunge pool, kayaking,
snorkeling, and lunch/or breakfast. You are welcome to explore the cay,
relax in a hammock, and enjoy our peaceful surroundings!
What activities do you offer?
We have an array of professional spa services done by professionally
trained and experienced therapists. See our services pages for spa selection
and prices. In addition you can enjoy: sunbathing on our private beach,
cooling off in the plunge pool, kayaking in the bay, swimming, lounging
in hammocks, and even lunch or breakfast.
Is snorkeling available?
Yes! You may snorkel from shore at no charge. We recommend you bring
your own gear and a towel please.
How do I make a deposit?
A deposit of 25 percent (minimum of $60) for your group and spa preference is required
to make a reservation. Once you have contacted the spa regarding your
reservation and spa selection we will send you details for convenient
online payment for your deposit. Your deposit is credited to your total
due once services are rendered. For your deposit we accept all major
credit cards. You are welcome to change your spa selection and plans
for your visit at any time, just let us know in advance, please, so
we can fully accommodate you. Payment methods once you are here are
U.S. dollars or Honduran Lempiras. See cancellation
policy below!
How do I pay the remaining balance?
Balance on site paid using USD or equivalent lempiras only.
Can I pay my balance with a Credit Card?
NO Credit cards are accepted. Travellers checks island wide are
NOT accepted

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance
of your reservation are entitled to a full refund of your deposit, less
an administrative fee of $50.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to arrival
will receive a 50% refund, minus an admisistrative fee of 25.00 USD
per person, not less than $50.
- Cancellations made 0-14 days prior to arrival
may not be refunded since booking others in your place may not be possible.
- No-shows forfeit 100% deposit.
- Should the ship not make port due to weather or other
difficulty all deposits will be fully refunded. Adequate notification
of such expected as phones and email available on all ships. Not notifying
the spa could result in your deposit not being refunded.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS There is a $45 Administrative Fee applied for all bookings regardless of cancellation date.
