Frequently Asked Questions for Cruise Ship Visitors

Do we need a reservation?

Yes! So we can preserve our tranquil and relaxed setting, we do limit the number of guests per day. For scheduling purposes, we need to know which spa service you plan on enjoying while here. Please email or call to check on availability. If you just show up at the spa/retreat, we may not have space for you.

Do you arrange for our transportation to and from the spa?

Sante’ will assist with your transporation, once confirmed, by giving you detailed instructions. By following this “recipe” of sorts your transport to and from the spa will be very easy! Appreciate that Sante’ has no control over what the dispatchers will ultimately charge. You can negotiate the price as well. Email Spa for details.

How does it all work? (A la carte vs day use)

If scheduling a spa therapy you are billed for your therapy. Use of facility no extra charge. Lunch is optional and billed separately.

What if the ship arrives at a different time or day than scheduled?

Please notify us as soon as possible if your ship changes the day/time it will arrive. You can either email us or call from the ship. See our contact information below. We will do our best to honor your reservation and fully accommodate you.

Understand that spa services require sufficient time to render them, and are scheduled according to how much time you have onshore. We will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy your time here at the spa/retreat.

If your ship arrives at an earlier time than scheduled, please feel free to come immediately to the spa/retreat. We will attend to your spa services in the timeliest manner we can. If you have time available, you are welcome to enjoy the beachfront, plunge pool, and other amenities while waiting for your scheduled spa service.

If your ship arrives later than planned, don't panic. We will do our best to reschedule your activities so that you can still enjoy as much of your spa day as time allows.

 

What if I don't want a spa treatment but I just want to come sit on the beach while my friend/significant other is pampered?

Not a problem! We have a day use fee ($45 per person, plus tax) to accommodate your preference.

Included: use of the spa facility, private beach, plunge pool, kayaking, snorkeling, and lunch/or breakfast. You are welcome to explore the cay, relax in a hammock, and enjoy our peaceful surroundings!

What activities do you offer?

We have an array of professional spa services done by professionally trained and experienced therapists. See our services pages for spa selection and prices. In addition you can enjoy: sunbathing on our private beach, cooling off in the plunge pool, kayaking in the bay, swimming, lounging in hammocks, and even lunch or breakfast.

Is snorkeling available?

Yes! You may snorkel from shore at no charge. We recommend you bring your own gear and a towel please.

How do I make a deposit?

A deposit of 25 percent (minimum of $60) for your group and spa preference is required to make a reservation. Once you have contacted the spa regarding your reservation and spa selection we will send you details for convenient online payment for your deposit. Your deposit is credited to your total due once services are rendered. For your deposit we accept all major credit cards. You are welcome to change your spa selection and plans for your visit at any time, just let us know in advance, please, so we can fully accommodate you. Payment methods once you are here are U.S. dollars or Honduran Lempiras. See cancellation policy below!

How do I pay the remaining balance?

Balance on site paid using USD or equivalent lempiras only.

Can I pay my balance with a Credit Card?

NO Credit cards are accepted. Travellers checks island wide are NOT accepted

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of your reservation are entitled to a full refund of your deposit, less an administrative fee of $50.
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund, minus an admisistrative fee of 25.00 USD per person, not less than $50.
  • Cancellations made 0-14 days prior to arrival may not be refunded since booking others in your place may not be possible.
  • No-shows forfeit 100% deposit.
  • Should the ship not make port due to weather or other difficulty all deposits will be fully refunded. Adequate notification of such expected as phones and email available on all ships. Not notifying the spa could result in your deposit not being refunded.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Please visit website before arrival for possible changes.

CANCELLATIONS
There is a $45 Administrative Fee applied for all bookings regardless of cancellation date.
