Yoga, meaning to yoke or join together, is an art of meditation, relaxation, breathing and spirituality whose purpose is to transform oneself through the transcendence of the ego. With its origins in the East, dating as far back as 3000 BC, yoga practitioners provided an understanding of the world to heal community members and provide spiritual and religious guidance, with self alignment being the ultimate goal for healing and awareness.

YOGA CLASSES AT SANTE' by Appointment Only:
FEES, All Classes Include Complimentary Herbal Tea:
Wear loose, cool clothing. Bring yoga mat/block/strap/bolsters if you have them. Sante' can supply mats if needed. Bring bathing suit to enjoy our dipping pool and/or hot tub after your yoga session!!! Our water taxi will meet all 15 minutes before your scheduled session at our landing, Parrot Tree Plantation Marina. We look forward to your visit.
